Protocols for attending Physical or Remote Hearings & CMCs

Introduction

In order to address the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic, the Tax Appeals Commission (TAC) has published the following protocols that parties must adhere to when attending a Physical or Remote Hearing/CMC or visiting the office:
